Advanced Diagnostic Services Specialist

This senior-level medical imaging role involves delivering high-quality diagnostic services to the community using a range of modalities, including radiography, ultrasound and computerised tomography.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced medical imaging expertise in various modalities to support patient care outcomes.
- Conduct complex examinations, acquire images and provide detailed diagnostic information for reporting by radiologists.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to achieve quality patient care goals.

Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Medical Imaging or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Medical Radiation Scientist with the relevant professional body.
- Substantial experience in radiography and sonography, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety principles and practices.
