We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives and promotes a culture of inclusivity throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a globally aligned DEI strategy that prioritizes employee experience, customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs that foster a culture of empathy, understanding and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Establish metrics and benchmarks to track progress towards DEI goals and develop strategies to address any gaps or disparities.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop region-specific DEI plans that reflect local needs and priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to leverage best practices and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on DEI matters to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in DEI leadership roles, preferably in multinational corporations.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective DEI strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed environments and navigate multiple stakeholder groups.
