Global Diversity Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.

This role is a critical part of our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective diversity strategies, policies, and systems.
  • They will be able to track and evaluate quantitative and qualitative metrics, informing programs and reporting on impact.
  • The role requires strong expertise in cultural safety, gender equity, and inclusive workplace practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement a global DEI strategy aligned with corporate objectives, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals, and client expectations.
  • Track and evaluate quantitative and qualitative DEI metrics, informing programs and reporting on impact.
  • Conduct trend analysis and benchmarking to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, including the Workplace Gender Equality Agency and Disability Inclusion Acts.
  • Advise on company policies and standards to reflect leading DEI practices.
  • Partner with regional teams to create regionally relevant DEI action plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Support critical programs such as inclusive recruitment, employee resource groups, and leadership development with a DEI lens.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workforce diversity across gender equity, Indigenous employment, and other underrepresented groups.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, embedding DEI principles in workforce planning and business operations.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive change.
Key Requirements
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of DEI leadership experience in operational and corporate functions.
  • Strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritise in complex environments.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to influence and lead across all levels.
  • A proven ability to build and nurture professional networks and long-term relationships.
