Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team as a Transmission Line Design Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality transmission line design projects and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transmission line design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to secure new projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in transmission and distribution, including experience with 500 KVA transmission line design.
  • Strong engineering consulting and client management skills, with a proven track record in delivering major and complex design projects.
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
