Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team as a Transmission Line Design Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality transmission line design projects that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transmission line design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Contribute to the development of business proposals and tenders, ensuring a strong understanding of client needs and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in transmission line design, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
