Account Development Manager

The Senior Account Manager will be a key member of the team, playing a crucial role in the development process and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that standards, processes and agreed SLAs are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with the Account Director to take the lead role in projects and campaign management, developing key relationships with the extended Marketing team and building healthy long-term partnerships.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting sales data (e.g., monthly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and to contractual targets.
- Maintaining a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global's services, identifying opportunities and implementing new services that complement the client's business.
Requirements:
- Experience in the development and manufacture of luxury and/or promotional packaging or related added value printed items is essential.
- Developing and driving packaging innovation (formats, materials, finishes) in collaboration with the client, internal teams and the supply base.
