We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll System Analyst to join our team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and configuration expertise for Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform. Your focus will be on implementing wage types, work schedule rules, and personal calculation rules. Additionally, you will manage level 1 and 2 support queries, identify complex issues, and collaborate with vendors.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in SAP Payroll environments or those with strong HRIS technical skills looking to expand their knowledge of ECP. You will have opportunities to build and execute test scenarios, contribute to half-yearly release updates, and serve as an internal liaison for vendor relationships.

Your ability to interpret Employment Benefits Agreements (EBAs) and integrate them into the ECP platform will be essential to your success in this position. If you have the necessary technical skills and enthusiasm for growth, we encourage you to apply.
