This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled payroll professional to join our team in Melbourne. We are partnering with a leading retail organisation to deliver end-to-end payroll services.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to lead our payroll operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes, including data entry, calculations, and deductions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, with experience in high-volume environments and exposure to retail sector requirements. They will also possess excellent reporting and analytics skills, as well as manual payroll calculation expertise.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and collaborate effectively within a team.
