We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to provide high-level customer service and engagement to assist individuals in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.

About the Role
  • Reverse marketing of identified engaged job-ready clients to provide employment opportunities, resulting in either job matches or job creation.
  • Maintain up-to-date and relevant labour market information, developing strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors.
  • Provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from our organization, including departmental wage subsidies and incentives.
  • Management of vacancies attained from employers, including vacancy assessment, advertising, pre-screening, and referring of suitable candidates.
Key Requirements
  • Proven ability to assess labour market demand and supply, building strategies to address this.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated high level professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance focus.
  • Ability to interpret contractual guidelines and apply as appropriate.
  • Ability to work within stringent KPIs and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively, prioritizing business needs in a challenging environment.
  • Sound computer literacy and data management skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Employment Services or Marketing would be advantageous.
  • Solid experience in Employment Services and an understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment.
