Job Description:

As a Student Ambassador, you will play a vital role in engaging future students at the University. You will assist with delivering events and activities that showcase the institution's excellence.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be available to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, and have completed at least one semester of study at the University by the end of 2025 and have at least one year of study remaining.

You will represent the University in a professional manner at events, proactively engage prospective students and other stakeholders, and share your experiences with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the University at events.
  • Engage with prospective students and other stakeholders.
  • Lead campus tours for individuals and groups of prospective students.
  • Deliver presentations to high school students and parents about the University, admissions, scholarships, transition into university life, and what university is like.
  • Undertake tasks such as event preparation, social media management, data entry, and phone calls to students.
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and other development opportunities as scheduled during the year.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Have completed at least one semester of study at the University by the end of 2025 and have at least one year of study remaining.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
