We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to support our Maternity & Gynaecology Service, focusing on gynaecological cancers and general gynaecology services.

This role involves leading the strategic collection, management, analysis, and reporting of clinical and research data. The work will directly inform clinical care, service planning, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, completeness, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

  • Manage and maintain high-quality clinical and research datasets
  • Ensure compliance with all data governance, ethical, and regulatory requirements
  • Support clinicians and researchers with accurate data for analysis and reporting
  • Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives
About You
  • In this role, you'll be well-supported to grow and succeed, both professionally and personally.
  • You'll have access to regular mentoring and guidance through meetings with the Service Manager, Maternity & Gynaecology, and the Director of Gynae-oncology
  • You'll also have opportunities to attend relevant forums and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest in health data and gynaecological oncology
  • A supportive learning environment is available for those wishing to undertake further studies or expand their skill set
