We are looking for a Data Analyst for a futuristic project in ecology on a mission to kill a coal fired power station in 10 countries. The product revolutionizes solar and battery systems' functionality, empowering homeowners to efficiently manage their energy consumption while curbing costs and environmental footprint. Leveraging smart technology, it orchestrates a vast network of batteries, creating virtual power plants for a resilient, decentralized energy ecosystem.

**As a Data Analyst your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyze complex datasets to identify anomalies, trends, and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions
- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes
- Create and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Data visualization skills using programming (e.g. Python and/or JS libs).
- Demonstrated storytelling skills in business contexts.
- Conformable with database query languages such as SQL, MongoDB QL, and Spark (as a nice to have).

- HubSpot is our CRM and support ticket management software
- Asana is our company wide project management system
- Loom is used to minimise meeting and to record videos with screen sharing to share between people and teams to explain difficult concepts
- Trainual is used for structured training. Our teams are encouraged to document everything
