About The RoleIn this pivotal position, you will lead the strategic collection, management, analysis, and reporting of clinical and research data. Your work will directly inform clinical care, service planning, research, and quality improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, completeness, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care and outcomes. This includes supporting clinicians and researchers with accurate data for analysis and reporting, contributing to quality improvement and service development initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, security, and privacy.
