Job Opportunity: Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to bring our marketing and communications projects to life in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our strategic marketing initiatives, writing high-quality content for various channels, including brochures, case studies, award submissions, website copy, and social media.

You will play a pivotal part in enhancing brand exposure, building credibility, and celebrating achievements.

From managing orders and coordinating media monitoring to overseeing our advertising schedule, you will be involved in a diverse range of projects that keep our marketing efforts running smoothly.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with our corporate brand and campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality content for various marketing channels
  • Manage orders and coordinate media monitoring
  • Oversee the annual advertising schedule
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing alignment

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen with Defence Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Marketing & Communications, public relations, journalism or similar fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and problems
