Operations Supervisor Role Overview

We are seeking experienced kitchen operations managers to lead our remote village operations in South Australia. The successful candidates will oversee the day-to-day management of food delivery and service provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food preparation, ordering, and storage operations to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery
  • Oversee client relationships and staff support to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with senior management to drive service improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/ IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate
  • Experience in a remote village environment with supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Food safety & HACCP principles
  • Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Valid manual drivers' license (Class C)
