Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting veterans and their families to return to work following service-related injuries and illnesses.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, osteopathy, nursing, social work, or psychology, with eligibility for registration with relevant authorities. A genuine passion for working with veteran clients and their families is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of veteran clients through in-person servicing and teleconferences.
  • Supporting veterans and their families to return to work, as medically appropriate.
  • Providing psychoeducation and training to clients and employers using our award-winning biopsychosocial health coaching tool, Positivum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, osteopathy, nursing, social work, or psychology.
  • Eligibility for registration with relevant authorities.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for working with veteran clients and their families.
