Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for assisting clients with their recovery and return to work and life following injury or illness.

This role requires a motivated individual who is eager to start or continue a successful career in occupational rehabilitation. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios.

You will support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge. You will also interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective case management plans to support clients' recovery and return to work and life.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and service delivery.
About You
  • You must be an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist with relevant membership.
  • You should have a genuine desire to work in occupational rehabilitation.
  • You need to hold current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • You must possess excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • You should demonstrate honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach.
  • You should commit to continuous improvement and professional development.
