About This Role

This is a dynamic and experienced opportunity to enhance market share and promote comprehensive portfolio of high voltage switchgear products to various sectors. You will engage with customers to assess and pre-qualify switchgear products and manufacturing capabilities, lead initiatives to introduce and promote new technologies to targeted client sectors.

  • You will conduct early technical discussions with consultants and end customers to advocate for technical solutions and influence project specifications during the design phase and conduct market research on technical grounds, analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • You will provide technical support to the sales team, assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and customer-specific documentation.
  • You will work closely with business teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • You will represent the high voltage switchgear at industry seminars, conferences, and technical committees, showcasing innovative solutions and market leadership.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to diversify market share through the effective utilization of extensive high voltage switchgear portfolio.

What You'll Need

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business or product marketing, particularly in the energy or electrical sector.
  • Strong technical background in high voltage switchgear or related technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in engaging with consultants and influencing project specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective customer engagement.
