Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a dedicated professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing injury management processes across the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in return-to-work coordination, workers compensation, and injury management, with a strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and best practices.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require proven case management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters effectively. You should also be able to analyze data, identify trends, and drive preventative initiatives to reduce risks and improve safety outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage injury management processes, including prevention, early intervention, treatment, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with HR, Centre Managers, and Operations leaders to drive safe and sustainable return-to-work strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact with insurers, treating practitioners, and external stakeholders on claims and injury management.
  • Analyze injury trends and lead initiatives to reduce risks and improve safety outcomes across the company.

  • You will work closely with HR and Operations teams to drive early intervention and safe, sustainable RTW strategies.
  • You will have the confidence to lead and the skills to own the function from the ground up.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in RTW coordination, workers compensation, and injury management.
  • Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and best practice safety frameworks.
  • Accreditation as a Return to Work Coordinator.
  • Strong case management skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive preventative initiatives.
