Job Description

This is a Customer Service role working with the local community at our St George branch. The position involves processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately, providing a seamless service, and identifying opportunities to help customers meet their financial needs.

The successful candidate will be key to creating better futures together by helping our customers, communities, and people to prosper and grow.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a genuine desire to help customers and deliver the best service every time. You may not have banking experience, but that's okay – we can teach you the banking side of the role.

A great attitude and friendly manner are essential for this position, as well as a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
