**Key Requirements**

- Cert III in relevant industry qualification and/or significant relevant experience

- Current Driver's Licence

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- Evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination

- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time

- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred approach

- Ability to follow established support work practices

- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect with clients
