Job Description

The Role of a Liaison is to act as the primary contact point for various stakeholders including participants, families, and the general community.

This involves using exceptional customer service skills to provide guidance on the NDIS and other related supports within the service regions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of incoming and outgoing calls, answering inquiries, and providing information to people with disability and their families.

You will also be involved in assisting with administration and coordination tasks, including bookings and calendar management of Local Area Coordination services across Australia.

Furthermore, you will ensure all records, information, contacts, and activities are accurately recorded in the NDIS CRM system.
