You will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to manage and maximize the overall success of the store. You will create a customer-centric environment, achieve sales targets, deliver consistent store standards, and manage costs.

Your key responsibilities include:

Job Description:

  • Help pet parents and train your team to make informed decisions about health, nutrition, and wellness products.
  • Create connections with our team and customers, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their owners.

Requirements:

  • A leader with a hands-on approach and a natural love for animals and people.
  • At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer.
  • Strong retail management/ supervision skills with a minimum 1 year experience in management.
  • Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement and motivation.
