Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Manage a portfolio of 200 residential properties, providing day-to-day support and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant to streamline leasing activities and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing a service-first approach and driving business growth through proactive communication and leadership.
  • Leverage property management software and industry expertise to stay up-to-date on compliance obligations and best practices.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities within the organization.
Requirements
  • Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • Minimum 18 months' experience as a Property Officer or Junior Property Manager.
  • Strong customer service focus and ambitious mindset.
  • Familiarity with property management software and understanding of compliance obligations.
  • Passion for real estate and willingness to go above and beyond for clients and team success.
