Project Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to manage a major campus development project.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.

This involves managing stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management, as well as coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring effective communication;
    • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules;
    • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to achieve project outcomes;

Requirements for this position include:

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project outcomes;
  • Sound knowledge of project management frameworks and excellent communication skills;
  • Strong understanding of legislative requirements and local authority regulations;
