Expert Citrix Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Citrix Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Citrix and NetScaler technologies, as well as strong Windows Server Systems Administration skills.
This position involves providing expert-level support for Citrix environments, including remote support and on-site visits when required. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support and contribute to the growth and success of our specialist practice.
- Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration
- Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration
- User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow
- Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management
- Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products
- Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
- Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships. A proven track record in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and agile operations is also essential.
