Highly Skilled Citrix Expert Wanted

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Engineer to join our support and projects team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic team of peers, providing technical maintenance, support services, and driving service process improvement.
The role will involve the support of Citrix environments, including remote support and onsite visits when required, as well as participating in an on-call roster for after-hours support. Responsibilities include requirements gathering and working on Citrix and NetScaler projects for our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience as a Systems Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies, as well as experience supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies.
- Citrix Administration and configuration: DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops
- NetScaler Administration and configuration:
- User Profile Management: UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow
- Windows Server Systems Administration: Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management
- Microsoft Server technology products
- Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
- Virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault
