Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development, planning and implementation of quality programs for children in our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all relevant legislation and demonstrated commitment to ensuring the inclusion of children with additional needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operations of before/after school care service operations, leading a team and ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF). They will also be able to develop and mentor staff, provide professional development and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation
  • Experience in leadership roles within a school, aged care and/or education centre
  • Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate programs for children aged 5-12 years
  • Qualification in Children's Services, OSHC or Primary Teaching
  • First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis management certification
