Our team is dedicated to achieving mutual success in all we do, working collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and communities to add value and deliver projects sustainably.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our QLD Operations team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project activities to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery
- IDentify critical construction methodologies and develop plans to avoid delays
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
- Lead engineering disciplines and sub-contractors on projects valued between $40M - $75M
- Maintain commercial awareness, planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time
- Demonstrate understanding of safety, health, and environment best practices
Requirements
To be considered, you will require:
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the construction industry, including building experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong commercial and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
