We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our QLD Operations team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project activities to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery
  • IDentify critical construction methodologies and develop plans to avoid delays
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
  • Lead engineering disciplines and sub-contractors on projects valued between $40M - $75M
  • Maintain commercial awareness, planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly against cost and time
  • Demonstrate understanding of safety, health, and environment best practices

Requirements

To be considered, you will require:

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the construction industry, including building experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Strong commercial and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams
