About the Role
The successful candidate will manage the technical aspects of the project delivery including integrating project activities to ensure completion on time and within budget and to the required quality.
With an ability to understand the critical path on the project, you will identify key construction methodologies that require detailing with project staff, design and subcontractor input to ensure an agreed plan is in place to avoid delaying the project.
You will be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well-organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
