The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Civil Structural Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in investigative works, project supervision, and management. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key competencies:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Perform site investigations and structural assessments to identify defects and recommend remedial actions
  • Develop clear and concise reports to satisfy all aspects of the structural assessments
  • Design and implement remedial solutions to ensure compliance with Australian standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Utilize software for structural analysis, design, and project management to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Australian Remedial or Forensic Engineering experience
  • Current White Card and New South Wales Driver's License
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
