Key Role for Experienced Structural Engineer in South East Queensland

We are seeking a senior structural engineer to join our team at Australia Wide Engineering Recruitment. Based in Brisbane's southern suburbs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to bring together your profession and passion for the outdoors / boating / yachting lifestyle.
About the RoleThis is a key position for a highly experienced structural engineer with at least 5 years of post-grad experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering design solutions, meeting business and customer timing requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with external stakeholders and customers to drive customer needs into engineering requirements.
Job Description:- Delivery of structural engineering design solutions with high quality, meeting business/customer timing requirements
- Work with external stakeholders and customers to lead the process of driving customer needs into engineering requirements
- Collaborate closely within the business team of Civil/Structural and CAD professionals to deliver a great team outcome
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree qualification in civil engineering, with postgraduate qualifications in structural engineering highly regarded
- Demonstrated 10 years of postgraduate experience in an Australian Standards governed structural engineering position
- Eligibility for MIEAust and RPEQ
- A genuine personal background with a passion for the boating/sailing lifestyle, highly regarded
The successful candidate will be based in Brisbane's southern suburbs, offering an attractive salary package including up to $150k plus superannuation, depending on experience.
