Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge spatial and survey solutions. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission to foster industry leaders in Geospatial data acquisition and Data Enablement.

The successful candidate will manage diverse, high-impact projects across the built environment, infrastructure, and digital engineering sectors. They will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, technical standards, timelines, and budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of spatial projects from planning through to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proposing effective spatial solutions
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, resourcing decisions, and project profitability
  • Collaborate with Surveyors, Digital Engineers, and Team Leaders to align fieldwork and data delivery with project objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading and delivering spatial or 3D survey projects within the built environment
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience with budgeting, resourcing, or contract delivery in client-facing environments
  • Proficiency in laser scanning workflows, point cloud processing, and BIM tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical audiences
  • A leadership mindset—able to support capability growth and contribute to a high-performing team culture
  • Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, or a related field
