Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to drive process improvements across the organization.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve quality in the entire value chain, including defining and managing key performance indicators and ensuring effective internal controls are in place.
  • Manage global quality processes and drive quality-related certification activities, including ISO certification and auditing.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement by implementing, deploying, and maintaining lean and CI practices.
  • Analyze process indicators continuously and take actions to address situations where process performance deviates from expectations.
  • Manage the resolution of high-profile nonconformities reported and monitor customer interventions triggered by customer dissatisfaction.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer and ensure their voice is represented within the local quality strategy.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Lean 6Sigma, green belt or above.
  • Quality core tools experience, including 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
  • ISO certification and auditing experience.
  • Demonstrates advanced English proficiency.
