Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of naval architects, marine engineers, and designers.
- Oversee vessel design to meet standards and client needs, using advanced software.
- Manage multiple projects from design to delivery, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Understand client needs, maintain relationships, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, lead R&D projects to enhance vessel efficiency.
- Ensure all designs meet national and international regulations, maintaining quality and safety.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in naval architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in ship design software, knowledge of industry standards, and strong communication skills.
As a Principal Naval Architect at BMT, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, lead a team of experts, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
