Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with disabilities in developing workplace skills and achieving their NDIS goals within a high-quality medical packaging environment.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Leader to lead our team in this specialized setting, providing guidance and support to individuals while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support individuals with disabilities to meet packaging and quality standards while achieving their individual NDIS goals
  • Perform and teach clean room protocols, ensuring all safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements are met in line with training standards provided
  • Lead by example in hands-on activities: counting, weighing, gathering, assembling, and quality checking small medical components
  • Work collaboratively with the host site to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards
  • Foster a workplace culture that is inclusive, respectful, and focused on ability and achievement
