This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Employment Services Area Manager to lead our Mylestones team in delivering high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and guide a diverse team, ensuring excellent service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with an Intake Office Coordinator to effectively manage caseloads.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance service delivery and achieve organisational goals.
- Oversee the delivery of employment programs, focusing on effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers, community organisations, and stakeholders.
- Monitor program outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.
- Proven experience in recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Well-developed administrative, financial, and human resources management skills.
- Extensive experience in disability employment services or similar.
