Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of our growth story supporting both existing customer activity and new business pursuits with analytics, reporting and commercial insight. You will help our sales teams perform at their best by giving them the tools, dashboards and analysis they need to stay focused and move fast.

You will collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and account teams, building and maintaining dashboards that drive real-world action. Your commercial and analytical skills will be used to evaluate deals and guide growth, providing data-driven insights that shape sales strategy and execution.

This role is perfect for someone who loves data, understands how to turn it into actionable insights and wants to work in a fast-growing national cybersecurity business with real impact. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years in sales operations, business analysis or commercial support
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A good grasp of sales processes and commercial modelling
  • The ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience in a B2B or high-growth sales environment
  • A team-first mindset and natural curiosity about how to make things better
