Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Content and D2C team to create and implement content strategies.
  • Produce engaging short-form content across multiple channels (email, social media, app, SMS, website).
  • Work with marketing, design, and product teams to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Edit, proofread, and ensure content aligns with legal standards and brand tone.
  • Manage content calendar and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally 2+ years in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to write clear, engaging short-form content for various digital platforms (email, app, social, SMS, website).
  • Strong creative writing, sub-editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and tailor messaging to target audiences.
