Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operational Excellence Specialist to serve as the primary resource for our organization, overseeing all system-related activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data to create detailed reports, providing strategic recommendations, and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis and preparation in response to business stakeholder requests, ensuring data accuracy and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development, mapping, testing, and configuration of business systems by identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and implementing supporting policies, processes, and technologies for optimal efficiency.
  • Change Management: Ensure all changes to business processes are supported by appropriate change management activities, engaging stakeholders and managers through transitions.
  • Post-Implementation Review and Optimisation: Evaluate the success of implemented solutions by gathering feedback, identifying remedial actions where required, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives achieve their intended outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects and improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Power BI.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform – Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform App Maker) are preferred.
  • Prior experience in hybrid roles or fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
  • Business process mapping and improvement capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.
