We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our front-line service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors and staff
- Work efficiently across various tasks and duties to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the setup and maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Communicate clearly, respectfully and compassionately with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve consistently efficient services
Requirements:
- A strong focus on customer service and ability to deliver compassionate care
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently and courteously
- An organized approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A well-developed understanding of infection control principles and basic food safety training
- Flexibility with availability for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon and weekends
