Job Title: Data Information Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to provide vital support to our local office. This includes updating databases, maintaining client records, preparing reports and documents, and filing essential information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Updating databases and client records with accurate and timely data.
  • Creating and preparing various reports, presentations, and documents for internal use.
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining client files in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Organizing and supporting meetings, client visits, events, and other office activities.
  • Providing reception cover when required.

We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with databases and administrative tasks, we would love to hear from you.
