We are seeking an Evaluation Projects Officer to lead the coordination of a proof-of-concept study. The role will involve project management, data preparation and analysis, report production, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project meetings and activities across the project team.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using various methods.
- Produce high-quality reports for stakeholders.
- Engage with young people, carers, and staff to support program evaluation.
- Experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
- Knowledge of research methods, data collection and analysis, and report writing.
- Able to gather and synthesize data from various sources.
- Experience with statistical analysis software, such as SPSS.
- Interest in conducting research and evaluations in out-of-home care and youth homelessness sectors.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to work independently and liaise with teams.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
