About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Strategic Financial Systems Specialist to join our Digital Solutions Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of financial operations systems that drive organisational success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Determine the strategic direction for FinOps systems in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversight of the entire lifecycle of FinOps systems, including design, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems.
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and ensuring FinOps systems meet business needs.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to FinOps systems.
  • Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to review system performance and gather feedback.
  • Evaluating and implementing necessary system adjustments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and secure data management and reporting.
  • Leading projects related to the implementation and upgrade of FinOps systems.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Providing training and support to users of FinOps systems.
