About the RoleThe Client Services Team Leader is responsible for driving continuous improvement and efficiency in client reception and access to services. This involves leading a team of Client Services Officers to support Oral and Allied Health and/or Medical services across multiple sites.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and performance management of CSOs, ensuring strong leadership and guidance.
- Evaluate customer service provision in line with the Client Services Quality Framework, policy, and procedures.
This role offers opportunities for growth and development, as well as a supportive environment that values uniqueness and fosters a sense of belonging.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive continuous improvement of customer service provision in line with quality framework and accreditation standards.
- Provide leadership and coaching to CSO teams, ensuring excellent service delivery across multiple sites.
- Supervise staff and lead small teams, introducing new processes, policies, and initiatives.
