About the Role

We seek an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our Enterprise Support team. As a key member, you will lead customer success by defining support strategies, providing expert advice on AWS services, and championing customer requirements within AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for Enterprise Accounts
  • Understand customer outcomes and business goals
  • Make AWS service improvement recommendations tailored to customer strategy and architecture
  • Evaluate, analyze, and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning
  • Champion customer requirements within AWS and facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns
  • Collaborate with Amazon Web Service engineers to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Plan and execute successful business-critical events, including product launches, migrations, and modernizations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical domains such as Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, or Applications Development
  • Proven ability to clearly articulate and present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies, as well as experience working with AWS technologies
  • A solid understanding of technology budget management
