Key Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign strategy – Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Shape creative direction – Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling visuals and messaging.
  • Oversee production workflows – Coordinate timelines, approvals, and delivery across various creative formats.
  • Manage budgets effectively – Allocate and track spend across campaigns.
  • Monitor key metrics – Use platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to report on campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within a fast-paced eCommerce brand.
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, data-driven digital campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and familiarization with creative tools like Figma.
