We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join our dynamic team at a major hospital in central Queensland. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the successful candidate to provide expert clinical services and contribute to high standard patient care.

The Women's Health Unit comprises maternity and specialist obstetrics and gynaecology services, handling a high volume of births with an average of 1400 babies born each year.

You will be working within a team environment to deliver high standard clinical services to patients of the Health Service. Your expertise will be invaluable in contributing to the provision of high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical obstetrics and gynaecology services within the Women's Health Unit
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high standard clinical services to patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of Fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
  • Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Proven experience in providing high-quality patient care in a similar setting
