Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Communication Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children and adults with communication and swallowing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to support individuals in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to manage your caseload and calendar.
New Graduate Support Program
  • A 12-week structured onboarding plan to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • A gradual caseload and calendar build-up to support your development.
  • Regular supervision and check-ins to ensure you have the necessary support.
  • Peer mentoring and clinical huddles to foster collaboration and learning.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities beyond the program.

Requirements
  • A recognized degree in Speech Pathology (or graduating soon).
  • Membership of the Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility).
  • A driver's license and access to a vehicle (or use of company pool cars).
  • Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
