Job Description

The Group Accounting team is a key part of the financial control division, responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial accounting. This role plays a critical part in achieving this goal.

This position involves collaborating with another team member to perform income tax effect accounting for Australian operations, with oversight of international jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance function to deliver monthly, annual, and reporting period end income tax accounting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage notional income tax effect accounting for Australian and Singaporean entities.
  • Coordinate period end group income tax effect process and deliverables, including consolidation of international tax reports.
  • Analyze and prepare tax disclosures required for statutory financial statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in tax effect accounting.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and jurisdictions.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
